General Apple feedback app in released versions

I found that if I go to this link in iOS 12.3.1 it opens the feedback app, applefeedback://new?

I can sign in with any Apple ID and it says the device is in a beta, but the beta is closed. Is this any oversight by Apple, not removing the feedback app?

I remember you need to remove beta profile to remove feedback app for the most part. Maybe check whether your profile is still installed or not.

I’ve never had the beta profile on that device. It seems like the feedback was (accidentally?) included in the release versions.
