Just wanna thank everyone for their advice back then. Unfortunately I wasnt able to afford one back then and lost a good deal of work due to it .... But I finally was able to afford the Mac Pro this week and ordered it yesterday :D

Its very hard to empathize with someone who has a 17" aluminum macbook pro (expensive), a recent iMac, and a $400+ per month lease on a car (must be a damn good car too). Your problems are not so much financial as they are a lack of priorities.

I gotta be honest, hearing someone contemplating how they could buy a Mac Pro when they have the stuff you have is like hearing an investment banker wondering how can he afford a new Yacht when he has 5 vacation homes around the country. It's kind of a duh situation - get rid of some of your other crap and get the stuff you NEED (and I don't care WHAT you do for a living, NO ONE NEEDS three different Macs, they may be NICE to have or convenient to have, but they are definitely not NEEDS), then later focus on your wants.

But good luck to you! I am glad you got the system you wanted. Sounds like if you can get the work now to pay it off you will be home free. It sure as hell sounds like you are willing to work hard to get what you want, which is great. In the future I would recommend prioritizing between wants and needs better, then you will be unstoppable and you won't have to worry about getting what you NEED to get ahead.

Well my other computers are not really my own because I have bought them for my brothers or mom or stuff like that. My mom has a macbook (black) and my uncle has a macbook (unibody) and my brother i bought a 20" iMac (i paid half dad paid other half) My oldish 17in macbook pro is the only one thats mine until i get My Mac Pro. I do work off my computers I do not use them for gaming (have a ps3 for that) or for bragging about what I have. My car is a 2008 infiniti G35XS fully paid by myself. I am 18 and I pay ALL my bills myself. I need the Mac Pro for work that is why I bought it. I was not able to afford it at that time ... because being 18 with limited credit they wouldnt offer me financing for the computer, but now I have saved up enough and received a no interest loan for about 2k from a close family friend (will be paid off by june) , and ordered a 2 x 2.93 ghz mac pro. in Reality only the macbook pro and mac Pro are mine the rest are family members comps that I have bought for them or contributed to buying. My 2 Macs are used for portable use at college (and mac pro business use). I do work very hard to keep everythin paid off and make sure I do not overspend myself. The iMac i have listed infact I only bought yesterday after my brothers sony vaio finally kicked the bucket (fried mobo/power supply).

I appreciate your concern about how I handle my finances but I assure you i do not buy everything and use everythin myself the other 3 macs in my house are macs I have contributed in helping family members buying as per their needs.

btw Thanks to everyone previous who gave me some helpful advice earlier
