Respectfully disagree. It’s been a great service for me, especially during pandemic lockdowns when my regular gym was closed. I don’t like all the workouts I’ve tried, but I like a lot of them and doing them regularly has definitely made a positive difference in my well-being.

It’s not right for everyone, but people can try it out for a month or three without paying, that’s enough time to see whether they like it enough to pay $80/year.

Good to know that we don't miss much then at the moment.

Just release it in Sweden already!!! (we actually understand english pretty good, no need to "localize" it with dubbing or swedish talking trainers...) Come on Apple!

Absolutely, could be a choice at least for users. I do yoga with American teachers more or less daily.
90% of all books I've read since the 90's have been in English. Visited US plenty of times. Didn't even had problems of making myself understood in the beginning when studying with my Shaman teacher in US.
My writing grammar might not be like a native, I'll admit that.
But most Swedes will kick ass in English, comparing to how American or English natives would do in Swedish, try it! 😂

Completely useless. I have a 3 month trial I can't use because I don't have a Apple Watch. Just using an iPad and Apple TV is no good. It won't let me sign up.

Good to know that I won't miss anything then, I have no plans of buying an AW.

Truly love Fitness+. Started using it during the pandemic coupled with more long distance running. My wife and I haven’t looked back since and I’d argue we’re in the best shape of our lives. With two young children and limited time, the variety of workouts have been perfect.

Speak for yourself. Living in a colder environment and having access to a cardio room, weight room and a studio with a rowing machine in my building and Fitness+ really helps me start a quick workout with the guidance from the trainers on there.

Apple One makes this a no brainer too.

If I didn’t have it I would have to go to a trainer as I am someone who needs the guidance and motivation.

Agree. I had never considered yoga until I got old here and needed more low impact exercises to improve flexibility. And I've started using the cycling workouts as I burn more calories with the coaches on the exercise bike than I do just listening to music or reading a book on the bike. During the pandemic, I loved doing the dancing workouts in my living room.

It's a terrific service and we get great value from it.

I think it’s a really polished service. I’ve had no major technical issues with using it during lockdowns. My only issue is that the trainers seem a little over-polished (in a stepford wives robotic sense) and this gets a bit tired. My gym is a five minute drive away and offers 100+ classes a week, so I just prefer the interaction and fun of exercising with others. I don’t think I’d pay for it as a standalone service, but as part of a bundle it’s great.

The thing I'm missing from Fitness+ is a video cycle ride, like the Peloton premium app/bike combo has or like FulGaz.com has. I don't want to do spinning classes, but things like video rides and guided rides are a good way to work out.

Would be nice if they offered it on the Mac and not locked me down to such a small screen.
It's possible to use airplay from the iPhone fitness app to a MacBook Pro or Mac Studio (I've tried both). Normally, I'd just use apple fitness on the appleTV though.

The Time to Run and Time to Walk workouts are a fantastic way to explore a city and the pace guidance by the trainer really does add that extra push you need when you're running out of steam. My only complaint is that there aren't more of them.

I've been staying at a chain of hotels that has GymKit. A tap of the Watch and just like that, Apple Fitness+ is integrated into the hotel gym, tracking my calories, heart rate, and workout time as I run, row, and spin while adding to my rings.

Fitness goal this year: do 100 push ups, 100 sit ups, 100 squats, and run 10K. Every day.
