Yes, this is a huge issue, not available in most countries and also can't use Apple One Premium for that reason.Still no Fitness+ in my country (The Netherlands). It's a bloody shame really, just release the English app here already.

There’s HIIT for beginners. The HIIT classes have no levels of intensity. They supose that you already have a super good physical condition and you ca jump like crazy at home all the time.
I would love to have “low impact high intensity” trainings as many YouTube channels provide.
Also there are no body weight trainings!, that is super necessary. I really don’t recommend Apple fitness in general for those reasons.
Perhaps AA might be a better choice for you?!My wife and I took a look at Apple Fitness+ yesterday to see if we would like it.
Ummm...
No.
Where the heck did they find the trainers for this thing? They come across with strange personalities I would more likely associate with Heaven's Gate, Scientology, or NXIVM. I had this creepy feeling after watching a couple of their videos that I should give up all my money to the cult and live on their commune until the spaceship came.
It took half a bottle of bourbon last night to wash the vision from my mind.
But yet...

Yes. Greg Cook did some absurd leg rotations.Slightly off-topic, but has anyone else noticed the exercises/moves getting unnecessarily complex? Specifically with HIIT and Strength.
This is my biggest issue with Fitness+ (which I actually love and use daily). While it’s nice having the easy trainer in the back left, sometimes the workout itself is just too intense for my fitness level (and perhaps age). Meanwhile, other workouts are just right. This is true of all workouts, including yoga and strength training, but HIIT is the worst. I would absolutely love some indication of workout level, such as beginner, intermediate, and advanced. I’m aware there are “beginner” workouts, but those only go so far.The HIIT classes have no levels of intensity. Hopefully it’s coming to you soon. They seem to think they need local language support before launching - with a half-Dutch family I know most people in NL speak better English than most “native” speakers!Still no Fitness+ in my country (The Netherlands). I just rotate through those that I’m able to do - so Yoga, Core, Strength, Pilates & Mindful Cooldown, with a mediation each evening too.I use apple fitness daily. I switch between functional strength workouts, spin bike, rowing, core, HIIT, and yoga. They fit my time commitment and intensity level well. I’m not training to be an elite athlete, I don’t need to push myself or train like one.
I’ll definitely try out kickboxing and meditate to sleep.
My biggest request would be more training programs. Setup a 30 day selected workouts to follow.
You can use an Apple TV. I prefer using my iPhone just so I can move it around easily to try and make sure I’m doing it right!why no Fitness on Mac? why do I have to use my little iPad?
Not just that but most of these fitness apps are in English anyway, like from Les Mills.Hopefully it’s coming to you soon. They seem to think they need local language support before launching - with a half-Dutch family I know most people in NL speak better English than most “native” speakers!
You can airplay from your iPad or Phone. I agree it's silly though.why no Fitness on Mac? why do I have to use my little iPad?
you know, if you fast and limit your calorie intake while also only eating real Whole Foods (nothing processed, no sugar, no oils) your body will fix all its problems on its own. The higher cholesterol may be coming from eating processed carbohydrates such as cereals and breads. You can eat a bunch of eggs daily and your cholesterol wont go up. I did it. If you don't eat cholesterol, your body will create it on its own because you need it but it takes a bad turn when you eat processed carbohydrates.Apple fitness + had been very helpful to me. I lowered my cholesterol levels over the last six months. I have average fitness and a busy schedule. Before getting fitness +, I had tried going to the gym but would stop after a few months.
