Apple Forums Down?

Since yesterday I'm getting lots of timeouts and now I can't get to the dev forums at all.

Anyone else seeing this?
 
I noticed that they were taking forever yesterday but they did eventually open for me. With the time it took though they were basically useless.
 
Still seeing the very slow response times even this morning. As you said, they are essentially "down".
