Thanks for understanding. I think some others misunderstood my intent. I get the feeling on these threads that when people mention "they have a genius appointment" it is the end all be all last word of whats wrong or right with their phone. I realize they can reject or accept your claim, however Apple should have never referred to their "techs" as genius. (Notice lower case). It tends to lead the techno noob public into a false sense of security.
