Hi,

I am currently in the recruitment process of an Apple Genius. I have been through two group interviews and have been told the next stage is a "Tech Screen"

I have searched MR incudling the recruitment seminar thread from top to bottom but cant find anything on the subject

Has anyone gone through this process, could you provide me with any tips or information that would help?

Thanks,

Grant

There is info posted about that... however nothing in great detail.

One of the tips written in the past was that you should have a general knowledge of all Apple products. Basic knowledge of performing diagnostics on a Mac will be beneficial too.

Hi,

I have seen the post about that but like you said, not a lot of detail.

Thanks,

There is a reason there is not a lot of detail. If the details of the screening were released, the test would be meaningless because people would just study to the test.
