🤔 Anybody give it a thought why that beautiful Sequoia trees picture of Sequoia 15.0 is taken in 3D ?
Could that be a hint that Apple is working in secret on Apple 3D techniques? 😃
Perhaps Apple CEO realized that if they do 3D the right way, the Apple way, 3D can be their new cash cow.
3D Macs, 3D iPhones, 3D iPads, 3D iWatches. I really would be looking forward to: An Apple TV. In iPhone design and 3D. Their M-processor technology can handle it. Imagine; Apple coming into the TV market with a bang! 😄

They are hoping the Vision Pro will take off, and to be honest I'd like VR to become more mainstream. It's a better venture than AI, that's for sure

3D screens, on the other hand, are... an interesting challenge. I have a nintendo 3DS, and while the 3D effect does work, it only works from a very specific position and distance, otherwise it looks blurry or double-vision. Obviously it's over ten years old, so maybe tech has advanced since then, but a screen that only works in a specific position is not practical for average use. It's also still a flat screen, not truely immersive, so I don't see the practical purpose of one besides looking flashy.
