Apple Hardware Test Error Code Early 2011 MBP

Hi! I have a 2011 MBP 8,1 and I just ran the Apple Hardware Test and one error code was shown: 4SNS/1/40000001:VP0R-0.057 Does anyone know what that could mean? I think it may have something to do with my power source as I can only really use the computer while it's plugged in, when it is using only the battery for power everything lags BAD, like not usable. I even replaced the battery and the magsafe 'port' and I'm still having problems. Any help is appreciated

Take a look at this answer from the ifixit web site. Appears to be the same error you're getting:

SOLVED: AHT Error 4SNS/1/40000001:VP0R-0.000, suddenly shut down, while bootin - MacBook Pro 13" Unibody Mid 2012

Was the power adapter hooked up when you ran the test. If not, charge the battery fully, then hook the adapter up and run the test again and let us know your results. Next reset the SMC and run again and see if the results persist. - MacBook Pro 13" Unibody Mid 2012

Best rule I say: Run diag software when unit is plugged in.
