Hi, wanted to run Apple Hardware test on my laptop, and I'm wondering how

I tried holding D and it does nothing. I don't have a CD either so I can't use that. What can I do?

For your machine you will need the original, grey install disks. The AHT is on disk 2. You will need to call Apple and order replacement disks if you do not have them.
