Does Pangu works for it?

No. The exploit Pangu used was fixed in the 9.1 beta. So if you're jailbroken and you update, you'll lose the jailbreak. Only way to get it back would be to downgrade back to 9.0.2 while its signing window is open.

I just ordered an iphone today and it says it will ship by 10/28, any idea what it will ship with now that this has been released? Will it hopefully come with 9.0.2 or will it most likely come with 9.1?

I just picked one up yesterday and it was on 9.0. I doubt it'll be updated beyond that at this point.

Hi I didn't update my iPhone and iPad in time. I'm on 8.4. Can someone please tell me the steps how to upgrade to 9.02? I tried earlier today but when I go to restore it asks me to update with 9.1.

I've never had to do this can someone please tell me how to upgrade to 9.02 before they stop signing.

Thanks for your help. :)

Hold down OPTN when you click the Update button. If Apple is still signing 9.0.2 then it will be available to upgrade to.

Relax, the window won't close for a few days probably.

Go to https://ipsw.me and select your device and chose the 9.0.2.
Backup your device to your computer if desired and also unlock Find My iPhone on iCloud Settings.
Connect the USB cable and put the device into restore mode (Google procedure)
With iTunes hold ALT key and click restore button and chose the 9.0.2 file you downloaded.

Thanks but I'm a little confused. The post above says to click on shift and update.

They can not install the update without you giving the phone/itunes permission.

No, that's definitely unrelated. iOS updates require you initiating the process. The boot loop was due to something going wrong with your jailbreak. You can fix it by downloading 9.0.2 outside of iTunes and shift+restoring to it in iTunes and then rejailbreaking. Apple is currently still signing 9.0.2.

It is extremely unlikely that it will come with 9.1. It is much more likely that it will have 9.0.2.

I found out what is was.. DO NO UPGRADE CYDIA the latest upgrades are causing this problem. I know because I wiped phone... redid the JB and as soon as I rebooted the same problem happened with no tweaks and nothing else installed on clean iphone

actually scrap that I did not upgrade and reboot is still causing this boot loop.. let me try to do a reboot on a clean iphone without JB....to see if it is a hardware issue... is not then the JB is causing this problem

I'm going to be honest. I installed a few tweaks, and while they're convenient, I'm just going to update to 9.1 and not look back. Jailbreaking just isn't as exciting as it once was.

Jail breaking is not about giving excitement but making the experience better on iOS. JB is not for everybody I suppose.
Yes, but there aren't features compelling enough for me to jailbreak anymore, as opposed to keeping up with the latest updates and improvements. I remember jailbreaking with iOS 4 and installing Intelliscreen, bitesms, SBSettings, etc and most of those tweaks are now features. I updated to 9.1 and my phone has feels faster.
