Apple HDMI Cable and Blu-ray

I'm getting a Blu-ray player (that of course supports 1080p HD) and I wanted to know if the basic 1.8m Apple HDMI cord for $19 would be okay to use to connect the Blu-ray player to the TV for the maximum 1080p playback quality.

Any HDMI cable is fine. Can be obtained really cheap at Monoprice.com

HDMI is a digital signal - it will work or it won't. If the signal gets from one end of the cable to the other, your picture and sound quality will be the same, whether it's a $2.50 Monoprice cable or a $1095 Audioquest cable.

The only problem I have with such obvious spoof reviews is that they're almost always five-star, which means products get high ratings as a joke - which might very well encourage someone with bad sarcasm-detection-skills into buying the items!
