I'm getting a Blu-ray player (that of course supports 1080p HD) and I wanted to know if the basic 1.8m Apple HDMI cord for $19 would be okay to use to connect the Blu-ray player to the TV for the maximum 1080p playback quality.

Oh come now, the gold-platinum-adamantium plated cables are so much better. 😉

But seriously - those reviews for the audioquest cable are classic.

The only problem I have with such obvious spoof reviews is that they're almost always five-star, which means products get high ratings as a joke - which might very well encourage someone with bad sarcasm-detection-skills into buying the items!

P.S. Per your signature, you're not Linux Torvalds are you? 😀
