This is a pretty big deal. I'm disappointed macrumors hasn't picked up this story so I'm posting it here. http://semiaccurate.com/2012/07/18/trinitys-system-architect-turns-up-at-apple/ This guy is an incredibly competent CPU architecture designer. The trinity APU achieves a high level of overall performance (good GPU performance) in a slim power profile. Bruno can bring a lot to the table when it comes to designing future AX ARM CPUs for iOS devices. He's also the type of guy that could take a position like Mansfield's in the future. It's a big deal that he left AMD and didn't end up at Intel.
