Apple icon, Youtube and Safari

I just want to check if this "problem" is only happening to me.

1. Open Safari (Safari specifically please. This will not happen on Firefox)
2. Go to www.youtube.com and play any video
3. When the video is playing, click on the Apple icon on top

The video will become choppy and not smooth at all. So is it just me or is it happening to you guys too?

Only you... it doesn't do anything on either of my MacBooks.
