I've used Mac.com, me.com and now icloud.com. Depending on my device, sometimes my default ID displays as Mac.com, sometimes me.com and sometimes icloud.com. Doesn't matter what I sign into icloud with on the device.

Is there any way to permanently remove the Mac.com and me.com extensions from my account? They are getting annoying after all these years...I would just like to see my icloud.com ID going forward.

I know how to disable them from appearing in email, but I am referring to App Store login, iTunes, etc.

Thanks

I don't think so, but you can set the iCloud as the default on all the devices. I think it's under the settings on icloud.com under the Mail, then settings (gears at the lower left hand corner), the preferences.
