Apple ID Help Needed !

Been trying to re sign into my Apple ID but has been difficult as cannot remember the Apple ID email , anyway somehow it’s now stuck on a teen account!?
Constantly asking for a parents iPhone to link to mine .
Cannot for the life of figure out how to remove it as they is no option anywhere !

And if I do connect to email it just sends a email telling me to use another iPhone

Sounds like it's a Teen account set up in Family Sharing, possibly with Screen Time enabled by the Family Organizer.

The solutions are:
* Get the Family Organizer to shut off screen time (if enabled) and possibly detach the account from the family
or
* Abandon the Apple Account & create a new one with a different email

Ok but what I don’t get is it says on the App Store there isn’t an account signed in .
Same goes with the mail accounts nothing there .

There is also the issue of that some apps are greyed out and don’t let you use them ..
