For some reason I could not get into my account. When I give my ID and password, I'm told it's been locked for security reasons and to use iForgot.com to reset the password. I did so, typed in the new password at the signing page, and again the ID was locked for security reasons.
Do we have to do this repeatedly until it works, or wait a day for the system to take? Obviously, I can't ask Apple in Support, because that requires an Apple ID 🙂
