Not me, girlfriend. She has an iPhone 6 and wants to completely erase her phone and set it up as new. For some reason, and it is the only place on the entire phone, it is saying her appleID is an old one that she no longer has access to. Her iCloud, apple store, and everywhere else is her correct, current appleID. I did make a genius appointment, but what can they do? Would they just give her a new phone? She can obviously prove ownership.

If she can prove ownership with a physical receipt then they can turn the iCloud lock of but its at the managers discretion.

Thanks! That is what I was hoping for. I guess she initially set it up with the old appleID. She swears she hasn't used that one in years, but I have my doubts :p
