i sign in through my friend Apple id on my iphone and downloaded apps,musics,etc.Now,i have my own Apple id.if i sign out of friend Apple id and sign in my new id..Does that remove apps and other downloaded stuffs from his apple id?does that remove photos,musics,settings,health data etc..too??

I believe you can choose to retain many of those data linked to his ID, including downloaded music, video, apps. So you should not need to worry a lot. However, if you want to update your app then you need to buy all of them again under your new Apple ID, whether paid or not. And if you want to download those music and movie under your Apple ID, buy again.

How about captured photos,health data,etc..

Hmm, health data is included on device and should not be removed from device regardless of signing out Apple ID.
Photos should still be on device whatsoever.
Contacts will be deleted I remember. Hmmm
