Hello is it safe to use the same apple id when buying a 2nd iMac??

Or can you use the same apple id for more than 1 computer??

Of course it's safe. You can buy as many Macs as you like under one Apple ID.

Your Apple ID has nothing to do with your login on any computer.

Your Apple ID is the ID that you use for all of the business that you transact with Apple. You may use more than one, but there is no reason to do so.
