Apple Intelligence off again in Europe?

Woke up this morning to find that Apple Intelligence ins turned off again here in Germany. (it had been working for the last couple weeks). Back to the "not currently available in your country or region" message. Anyone else seeing this? (yes, region is set to US and the language is English)

Curently travelling and in Romania, and my Apple Intelligence is not even usable for me

This might be just because Apple is closing down the known loopholes in the EU and China. No worries, back to ChatGPT and Co then.

So I got it working again. User error. 🤦🏻‍♂️ I had signed into the German App Store to get an app (US is primary but there are some apps only available in the local store) Signing back into the US store fixed it.
