Apple Intelligence on iPad Pro: 8GB vs 16GB?

Is there any noticeable advantage, regarding Apple Intelligence (iOS 18.1 beta), on iPad Pro with 16GB of RAM versus the ones with just 8GB?

I bought an M2 iPad Pro with 16GB of RAM but I’m wondering if I really need it, so let me know if anyone is aware of any difference on this new iPadOS feature.

Apple Intelligence is part of the 18.1 beta - so sometime after iOS 18 is released.
