Apple Invites App Updated With Two New Features

Just used the app again to invite 20 people to my xmas in July dinner. Not a single person had an issue with it (unlike the first time I tried it when it first came out). Now they just need a separate Marketplace app and it's goodbye to FB forever.

And it needs to not require an account for RSVP'ing guests. If I invite someone to an event and in order to reply they need to create an account and or hand over their info that's just rude.

My initial reaction was:
With Google that’s called data collection — with Apple it’s privacy protection, maybe? Is it to help you verify that the people you invite exist? It is not only rude, its invading the privacy of the invitee. It would be embarrassing to me to use this app.

But:
I tried out the app on my iPhone and send an invite to one of my alternate (non-Apple) email addresses. In the process of RSVP'ing from my iPad, all I had to provide was a name and the email address — I did not have to create an account, nor hand over any additional info.
