Preordered an iPhone through AT&T at around 2:57 am EST. Got a confirmation email saying it would ship within 14 to 21 days....ouch
I figured I would try my luck with the Apple store iOS app, and low and behold, even at 4:50 am I was able to pre-order the same phone for in-store pickup 9/19. It was giving me a 7 to 10 day shipping to my house, but in store pickup was the day of launch and that's obviously better 🙂
I recieved a confirmation email and everything. In the email it says your item will be available for pickup on 9/19, will notify you when these items are ready.
Does that mean a definite pickup date of 9/19?
