Does anyone know if this is common? My iPad mini says it's going to ship with UPS instead of FedEx.

My iPhone 5 and iPad mini shipped with UPS... sad that I didn't get to see FedEx guy on launch day - we're sort of neighborly friends lol

Totally normal. Mine arrived UPS when I preordered. Apple is probably trying to divide the load up rather than putting all the work load on one carrier.

Nothing to worry about - my mini arrived via UPS despite previous orders (including the iPad 3) arriving via FedEx.

My mini order was shipped FedEx last month. Wish I had a choice when I placed the order. Would have gone with UPS. Brown is better in my area.
