Apple iPhone 3GS Jailbroken/Unlocked stuck at Apple Logo w/ Progress Bar

My iPhone 3GS which was recently jailbroken and unlocked is now stuck at the apple logo with the progress bar after I had press ' Reset all settings ' HELP! Thanks! I don't care if I have to restore as long as I get off of this stupid progress bar
