I've noticed when I charge my iPhone 11 Pro Max on the Apple iPhone Dock that it takes a lot longer than if I plugged the phone directly into the USB-C to Lightning cable that's plugged into the 18W Apple charger. Does anyone know of a dock that can pass through the full 18W?

For some reason the Apple Dock cuts down fast charging. It’s not just you
However if you use a larger charger it will charge faster
