Did it yesterday. Super simple, walked into the store, all you need is the phone and if it's in good condition - for a 16GB 4S I got $204 that went towards a 32GB 5S so only ended up paying $106 with the upgrade pricing. Definitely recommend it.

I think it helps the value if you use a gold sharpie on the bevels!

I tried trading in a Mint AT&T 16GB Black 5, and they only offered me $101.60 at the Apple Store in Las Vegas, NV
