Hi did anyone confirm that the phones on the iPhone Upgrade Program are fully unlocked so that I can use it with Straight talk? Or am I required to have Sprint, T-Mobile, ATT, or Verizon?

You have to use Sprint, T-Mobile, ATT, or Verizon to activate initially. They are unlocked though.
A commenter on a thread stated that he was able to get a phone while being a T-Mobile prepaid customer. He stated that they just wanted his account number, which for T-Mobile prepaid is your phone number plus the number 1. That's all I know.
