mini capacity boost: this could happen, especially if the upgraded components cost about the same to Apple. It's not as though they have excess inventory to worry about, an not many people are going to complain about getting more capacity than they thought they were going to pay for :)

Bundled songs: they could do this with an iTMS access code and not have to worry about the trademark suit.

EU store: Apple have already stated this is coming.

Canada store: my current thinking is that Steve is enjoying watching you all squirm too much to bring it on too quickly :D

That would also get people to go onto the iTMS, encouraging other purchases. Good idea.
