Apple is a class act

    My wife's iphone 4s would occasionally run down to almost zero power in a few hours (and wasnt being used). A couple of time it froze and needed a reset. It also felt warm to the touch on the backside. We took it to an apple store, they ran a few diagnostics and said we don't see anything obvious but something is not quite right so we need to replace this phone. That is how you keep customers coming back.

    I was preparing to tell you to go to the Apple store and have them fix it.

    Glad to know they did, and it turned out alright!

    Was it out of warranty?

    No, it was in warranty. No reproducable symptoms.
