Apple is not innovating, is it really true?
No. What is true is that Apple isn't innovating fast enough for some. Look around on any discussion forum site and you'll see this criticism of every company out there. It's not a fact that's true or untrue. It's an opinion and, like opinions on any topic, they will vary depending on the person.

As always, consider the source. Most products are evolutionary. The people making these comments are the ones that irrationally expect every new product to be revolutionary.

If people aren't happy with Apple's rate of innovation (or any company's rate of innovation or any other number of reasons to be unhappy with any given company) then they should shop the alternatives. Nothing new here.
