Wow, I remember when the Apple Store first opened. Maybe you'll see a couple of people in there, checking out the new eMac. Then there's this new thing called an "iPod". Now, I walk in there and there's always a ton of people in it. There's always a line for the checkout. Then, I used to be the only one at the coffeeshop with a Mac. Now, I'm one of many. But, now it seems that the products are starting to becomed plagued with issues, like the iPod Touch's screen. What's next - customer service? Will Apple try its hardest to continue to make things right?
