I was charged an extra ~$14 on an order by (Apple's) mistake. When I called to inquire, they looked into it, apologized, and said that they would actually refund me $20 to make things right. But, here is the email that I got from Apple:
Dear Apple Customer,
Thank you for contacting Apple.
At your request, Apple will issue a $999,999.99 credit and send it to
your credit-card company within five business days. Please contact your
credit-card company if you have questions about when the credit will be
posted to your account.
Sincerely,
Apple Online Store Team

Sweet. Now I can buy something reeeeeally nice!
I'm sure the reimbursement won't actually go through that way, but I still thought it was amusing!
