So I roll over in bed and at 10 minutes to 1:00AM I get this notification on the watch.

    Really Apple!

So take it off and put it on charge next to the bed? hehe

Apple presumes that if you're wearing the watch, you're not trying to sleep.

So what about an Apple Watch that tracks your sleep in a couple of years? ;)

There are ways to not get that on your wrist while at sleep, if you didn't want to.

There should be an app for a power nap (saying this this gave me a headache) at least. Similar to the Jawbone UP.

Turn on power nap, it turns off notifications, and will wake you up at the best time of your sleeping cycle in the next 60-90 minutes, with a gentle silent alarm.

Hmmmm if only there was a "do not disturb feature"

Also check out Luna bed- sleep tracking mattress cover. I have tried sleeping with other watches/smart trackers and I found my hand would always get circulation cut off and I would wake up to take it off.

I was making a little joke- sorry if that went over your head.

Though what? Did you forget to finish your thought?

I like your idea you should make an app, though with all the other sleeping apps and trackers you may have some competition!

This was the feature I was most looking forward to when they announced the watch. Then I found out it had to be charged nightly :(

A simple option for the activity app to block off certain hours (11PM - 7AM) would solve this.
