Well the style of the the date is obviously like a digital clock. No idea about the grey pattern behind though.

When I saw the image I immediately thought about a clock, and the tagline suggests some Siri integration with it.
I don't think the grey patter has a particular meaning

iwatch is happening

Well the iwatch is happening then, just looking at this design screams iwatch. The leaf looks like a sun dial, the date a digital watch face (reminds me of the time on the lock screen the sizing etc) and the wish we could say more, well the ip6 has leaked and we know pretty much everything. The more bit is the surprise they have up their sleeve, also wish i could say more … voice activated watch perhaps.
