I went to the shop in Ginza, Tokyo to get the service for my ipad purchased in the U.S. It was full of people on the first floor with the fact that the iPad was released 2 days ago. I went to the Genius Bar and talked to the person there named "Matt" (japanese guy with fake american name), and guess what he says: "no international warranty, you cannot get the service" So I said, where does it say that it's not international warranty, show me, and he couldn't show anything. He basically just said he talked to the tech support and he got the answer that it's not international warranty. Now under the warranty page on apple it says limited. but it doesnt say like the iphone where "the service is only for the country you have purchased" Is iPad really not international warranty or is he wrong?
