Well, if you insist on making your Mac work like Windows, there are options to do just that. Here's a few that I'm aware of off the top of my head:

MondoMouse
Zooom
MercuryMover (keyboard only)

You can also just hold the Option* key down and hit the green zoom button (the green circle at the top left of the document window) to resize the window to an optimal size for your screen resolution. Note that because this isn't Windows, that's a zoom button and not a maximize button.

*Option key = Alt key for all you Windows users.

Unless you actually want to type, in which case it's "revolutionary" in the sense of "up against the wall".

On the other hand, Apple's keyboards are already unusable, so this wouldn't be a major change.
 
this topic is exactly why Apple puts out these kind of job postings...people are guessing and talking about how great and revolutionary the next OS X is going to be and how revolutionary. Free advertising creating a real hype on every blog/site even before the release. Apple knows very well what they are doing. its weird as to how eazy the mac community is tricked/fooled by these kind of Apple postings.

this is pure advertising:

...We have something truly revolutionary and really exciting in progress and it is going to require your most creative and focused efforts ever.

...Are you looking to help create something totally new? Something that has never been done before and will truly amaze everyone?

Are you guys serious, WAKE UP!!

its going to be one huge disappointment anyway...Apple has lost its magic, its getting kind of boring really. Now the battery charger...that was a surprise...

Once again Apple fools the world
 
Advertising for what? A product that doesn't even exist yet?

"Oooooh Apple are building something magical and revolutionary in the future so I must go and buy a Mac now"

Pageup/Pagedown is supported.

The green light on the top left? Maximize.

Uninstaller! I think there are about 5 third-party apps that do that, some of them free!

FTP is built into the OS, in the Terminal. What, can't use UNIX command line? Try lots of free or cheap FTP. Go to VersionTracker, type "FTP." There.

Hey, an Apple Extended or Extended II with an iMate is great; still up there with the Model M as one of the best PC-layout keyboards of all.

I wonder whether we can plot key travel vs time to find out when Apple goes completely analphabetic.

It'll probably be something stupid like a 3D desktop, touchscreen, camera-interactive computing, or cloud-syncing. None of these are things I want or need.

In other words, you don't know and are just trolling.
My personal guess? Something flashy but ultimately disappointing. And yes, I kept that vague for a reason.
 
Nice work putting two and two together here, and the name definitely makes sense but I’m not sure if it’s different enough from Snow Leopard and Leopard, too many leopards. I would be THRILLED if true cloud computing was built into 10.7.
Oh and nice photoshop graphic… lol
 
Well Apple will need the right foundations in place for the wow!

I guess we'll find out more as things progress. I am very excited about 10.7. People on here seem to lack logic often. There is a lot of wild speculation with little basis a lot of times by posters!

I think if people would watch Steve Jobs more closely and learn to read him, even though he keeps his mouth shut about the future, he still reveals quite a bit between the lines if you know how to understand him! Take that plus the other pieces and rumors and it becomes a lot more clear. I have about a 90% accuracy rate with my Apple predictions because of that!

Very nice keyboards. After buying iMac i have no idea how i would be able to use different keyboard.
