Apple just pissed me off....

    I decided to purchase a black Macbook for college, which I will be starting as a freshman on September 2nd.

    We called and told the guy we wanted the black one and when I got my e-mail it said white! When I called, some other moron told me I'd have to wait a half hour for my order to process, because they wouldn't be able to access it yet and then call customer service. When I did that, they told me order had already been boxed for shipping! So now they're going to send me a return label via e-mail and I have to reject the package when UPS/Fedex delivers it, and then re-order with the right laptop.

    This is just annoying....

    i didn't know you could purchase apple products over the phone.

    How original, this is the number one reason people come to MR. It just wouldn't feel right if people did not come here to complain :) God forbid that an Apple representative make a human mistake when they have been chosen by God to represent Apple and passed the interview which included kissing the holy fathers ring at the alter. Holy father = "his holiness Pope Jobs":)

    Hahahahaha.

    Honestly though, this is the truth. People make mistakes! As frustrating as it is, for every one mistake like this that employee has made, they probably had a couple hundred other perfect orders go out. It could be worse... somehow, I'm sure!
