Apple Keyboard/Mighty Mouse or...

I was reading amazon.com reviews of the Logitech S 530 Laser set for Mac and one of the reviewers said this, does anyone know if it is true?
An important caveat: the bundled software, as of this post (11 Mar 06) does *not* work with Intel-based Macs. However, all standard buttons (mouse and keyboard) work as intended.
