Apple Keyboard's comma and calculator

My problem is that the numpad comma in Apple's USB Keyboard (Finnish layout) is of no use in apps like calculator. Is it possible to either make the comma key produce a decimal point or calculator use comma as a decimal delimiter? This issue unsolved has the numpad pretty useless...

Never used it, but see if http://www.kodachi.com/software/fKeys/ helps remap the key for you.
