It's hard to accept, but the Apple we used to know is clearly dead. Bad design, untrustworthy software, and "sales" apps rather than focusing on the experience.

Apple came back from the brink of death by focusing on what people want, and giving an excellent, memorable experience. Now we have clipart subscriptions and chatbot-trained store employees.
LOL, calm down. SEED had been around for many, many years. Also, remember Apple University under Jobs?

Referencing an irrelevant program from over a decade ago after suggesting someone "calm down" is classic.

Maybe there would be a point for you to make here if it had been called "Sales University", but as is, you're just giving another example of how the Apple we knew in prior years specifically did not call their training "Sales ____" because they understood what made Apple different.
