Just got the Xs Max yesterday with an Apple Leather Case in Black with a Belkin Glass Screen Protector, which was installed by the apple store.

The volume buttons are very easy to click but the power button is pretty rigid and hard to click. Anyone else have issues with their case? Is mine just weird?

Also, I’ve had the Belkin SP installed at the apple store for my 7+ and X and were perfect but the on my Xs max seems to have a halo effect on the bottom left. Anyone else have similar issues?

Thanks!

I have an Xs Max as well, and I used to have the black Apple leather case, but switched to the forest green Apple leather case Both of the cases had/have the same issue you are having. Not only is the power button a little bit harder to press, there is a very, very slight delay from the time I press the power button to when the screen turns on/off.

I ended up exchanging the case and the second one was definitely better :)

I had this issue when I bought a leather case for my X.

Just took it back and the shop exchanged it for me.
