iPhone X Apple Leather Case potentially saves my iPhone X from scratches and scuffs

today I dropped my iPhone the space between my car seat and the arm rest. It slid all the way down.

My guess is that the slight raised bezel that the Apple leather case provides was enough for the screen not touch anything.

Don’t have Apple care plus so I’m relieved for this case

Well if it hit the seat rail verticle you would have a ding in the bottom, happened to me with a 7 plus. Still use one though.

I just wanted to share my experience and say that I’m very satisfied so far with my case.

I believe that had I gone without the case something might have happened.

Even if I had AppleCare plus and something happened I’d may have to play the screen lottery and also just the time spent getting it fixed.

and if luck wasnt on your side and it slid down in a different orientation youd have a dent or scratch and be making the opposite thread about how disappointed you are with the case.

Being you seem accident prone based on your previous threads, you should add Applecare Plus. It seems it would be in your best interest.
