Your billing address needs to be in that state I believe so a VPN wouldn't do much.

Unfortunately, no. On my last order it is apparent that the new State compact got to them and they folded. Previously didn't charge for Florida on prior orders, now do. They don't charge if using their special credit/financing program...still collected/submitted to the State but transparent as B&H eats it.

Wait, what? I was talking about their credit card that gives you the amount of tax as a cash back.

I've got an Apple Studio Display on backorder. I called and got the tax removed since it hasnt shipped yet. Make sure to do the same during your state's tax-free event!

Hmm thanks was wondering for items not in stock if it would have to ship during the tax holiday (which would have meant I needed to preemptively order weeks ahead).

Apple says tax savings may not appear during checkout, but will be reflected on the final receipt.

Or you know, they could just move to Oregon, or visit Oregon Apple Stores.

No sales tax, EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!

(Although Income tax is ridiculously high to make up for no sales tax)
