Ok. It's obvious that I have been educated in this forum.

And I have learned a couple of new English words by the way.

Haha. Nice attitude, and I was a bit cruel in my comments. It just wasn't clear whether your comment was meant to be antagonistic towards China or not. The reference to China being "tiny" was a bit hard to get my head around, especially after being exhausted by all the attacks on "damn junk Chinese apps" in this thread.

Ok. However see comments below yours, they just tag this user with some sort of too specific words.
I am fine for this, or what I should say is: I need to learn how to live with this. :p
Life is always harsh and this would never be changed, for both of us. :)

Gaode is a profession GIS company since 2002. It's also the data provider of Apple Map in China region. Google became a major player in search market after 2004.

BTW, we pronounce Gaode (高德, which means 'High Morality') as GAO-DE, and Google (谷歌, which means 'Grain Song') as GU-GE. We don't usually use English brand names.
I won't deny what you're saying about the pronunciation, but you have to admit that they do look very similar. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Confusing_similarity

Yep. Any time China comes up on this site, I almost cry at the negativity.

It's sometimes a bit much.
And it seems that, just too many bad things about China will be publicly released outside China, and what all of us could easily see are them.

80% of statistics are junk....... The fact that a store is normally filled with junk does not justify another to be the same, especially if the owner brags about it...and against other store that are "filled with junk".

People tend to justify because someone else did it first, if we go by that standard, all car manufacturer should be allowed to cheat in light of what VW did....after all they did it why can't Chevy do the same?

Like I said, 80% of all apps in *any* store are junk.
