I've owned this since 2005 (or there about) and as far as I am aware it's pretty rare as it was removed from sale pretty quickly due to the blatant copyright infringement.

Any ideas how much it would be worth to a collector?

Probably nothing, since it has nothing to do with Apple Inc at all, other than being copyright infringement against them.
