Siri sends message to all contacts that I have perished, schedules funeral processions, closes all credit cards and iTunes account.

The truly Father of iOS! Thanks Forstall for putting Unix in our pockets! Fadell would put us in an Android like world, no libc, puaj!

Yessssss, sleep tracking. Some of you are probably afraid of Apple knowing when we're all sleeping, and hey, I get that. In my opinion, sleep tracking is what puts the Jawbone Up still ahead of the rest of the activity trackers even though it's several years old at this point.

Sleep tracking needs to be involved if I'm going to get a wearable Apple device.

Sounds like the battery life is going to at least be multi-day if they're considering monitoring sleep! Nice!

How about silencing the phone when my calendar says I'm busy?

This was a feature in Windows Mobile back in the early 2000s! It was one of the main features I missed when I bought an iPhone and one of the main benefits I received when I switched to Android later.

Seriously, they're talking about setting adjustments based on motion from a device that doesn't exist yet, yet they haven't allowed for simple auto-setting adjustments based on location or time (other than do not disturb).

How about auto-silencing my phone when you know I'm at work, in a church, movie theater, etc.?

Would like to see that opened up more.

Yea.... AND....

When can the iPhone have a vibrate only option in the alarm settings? I know you can just turn the volume down, but still, it really is a inconvenience.

My GF recently switched to a 5s from a Galaxy 3, and liked the vibrate only feature for alarms.

QuickLogic (QUIK) just announced wearable sensors. I wonder if Apple is going to be using them or just Google and Samsung

so, is the goal here to have "one device that monitors everything" ?

Apple's trying to tell us something here...

More gizmo's than Inspector Gadget.

iBeacon could put your hone into silent when you walked into a cinema.

Once you see the article your thoughts almost automatically first revolve around Forstall rather than the iOS feature.
