Apple lost laptop

hi, I ordered laptop from Apple. DHL tracking says it's arrived in HK, but after a few days, I still haven't received laptop. I called DHL and they said they cannot find my package. What should I do?

Call Apple. They shipped with DHL and DHL isn't saying you accepted the delivery. Call the shipper ... aka ... Apple.
