Apple Lost My Apple ID!

Apple seem to have decided to delete my whole Apple ID, thanks!

Cannot reset password, when i ask it to look up details based on name and email address i've never had one apparently.

All this because i changed my email address!

I've had it for almost 10 years as well.

Any ideas?

I've contacted them but i dont hold out much hope, so will end up losing all my apps and iTunes credit i have also 🙁

Just changing the email address on the account doesn't change the AppleID itself. For example, your AppleID has been steve@apple.com, then you wish to change the email on the ID to steve@gmail.com. You change the email, meaning all information gets sent to steve@gmail.com, but you must still log in with steve@apple.com as your AppleID
